Trouble Shooting Digital VideoRG 2200 Gateway Trouble Shooting Power to the TV should be on. The TV should be on channel 6 and the additional stream on channel 7. Check the input on the TV. It may have been accidently changed to DVD/VCR player. If you have DSL (Internet Service), are you having problems with it also? Are the lights on the receiver green? If not, is there electric power to the receiver? If the lights on the receiver are red, reset the receiver to attempt to obtain green lights. You may do it one of two ways:

If not, is the clock on the front panel displaying the time? If the "ON" light is not lit but the clock is, press the "POWER" button on the front of the receiver for at least 5 seconds. If there are no lights or clock displayed on the front panel, check the electric connection at the wall outlet. If unit is plugged in, attempt to reset the receiver. You may do it one of two ways:
